I am a Speaker and a People and Operations Consultant. Over the past twenty years, I have grown a great career as an executive leader with a seat at the strategic table.
On this journey, I realized that my success would take more than intelligence, a great smile, and sheer luck. I know firsthand, that a balanced focus on people, policies, and processes are the keys to success for individuals and organizations.
Through my work in Human Resources and Consulting, I have helped teams, departments, and organizations connect with ideas and practices that improve work and workplaces for everyone.
I speak to groups and organizations to continue the never-ending work of making 'work' work for everyone.
My goals are to:
- Develop competent, transformational leaders who create work environments where teams are empowered and thrive.
- Bring awareness to counterproductive behaviors and structures that are uninclusive and isolating to non-majority groups in workplaces while providing practical solutions for change.
- Inspire workplace change so that diverse talents are empowered to do great things within their chosen organizations.
- Assist women in embracing authentic leadership behaviors that transform workplaces for the better.
When I am not speaking, you can find me laughing out loud with my family and friends over a good meal, preferably while basking in the sunshine.

Breaking Down Barriers
The benefits of diverse workplaces and spaces have been reported for many years. The majority of business leaders would love to experience the proven results of authentic leadership and a diverse workforce within their organizations but frequently discount the impact of education.
Transformative change can begin when leadership is aware and prepared to implement and support systemic changes toward a positive workplace culture including personal awareness and development.
When leaders understand how their team members are impacted by prescribed practices and workplace behaviors, unintentional or intentional, they will also understand why change is needed to meet strategic goals.
